Geisha portrait in notting hill?

In several scenes leading out of the house in notting hill a geisha can be seen. I've seen this in another movie, does anyone know what other movie the house was shot in?

The full-size geisha cut-out is a point-of-sale protional item for Konica Film. You used to see them outside one-hour photomats and the like, back in the day when people still used 35mm film in their cameras.
