got a tv\fm turner card.cd drive will not download it from the installation disc not from website .?

If by inserting the CD and closing the drive door, the program doesn't run, try using Windows Explorer to go to the disc and find a file similar to "Setup" or "Install" and double clicking on that to start up the installation process. Good luck.
