Doubtful. If logic is used.
1. Santa rewards good children. He doesn't reward bad or irresponsible behavior like the government's social programs. These gifts would be EARNED, which has nothing to do with communism.
2. Communism is RobinHood gone darkside. Property, and other assets are seized and distributed among the common people. After that the former landowners, teachers, and other political threats are taken to an open it and executed.
3 Santa promotes sharing and giving freely to ones community.
Commies get proed by turning in emebers of their community.
4. Santa asks what you want...Stalin-ites (lol) give you what they want you to have. If you don't like it you get re-educated.
5. Santa never shot anyone for jumping the wall to escape Santaland in the mall.
6. If anything Santa would be a hero to the Republicans. The toys that aren't built by elves are no doubt purchased from wholesalers or retailers bolstering the economy.

No, but I bet the government would impound his Reindeer, dismantle his sleigh, strip-search him and send the bomb squad after the presents he's carrying. I mean, isn't *everyone* a possible terrorist these days? ;)
