Does anyone know if they are re-making the movie? or making anymore, hopefully better? I didn't really like the one they've made...could have been way way better.

I doubt it.
The first one was pretty bad, and I don't think the movie studios would make any version that closely follows the book.
That'd be just WAY too much for the audience to handle.

I hope so.The first movie version was ridiculous! If they decide to do a re-make I think it'd be better, simply because we're in a diffrent time, and they'd be able to get away with putting in all that fascinating, incestuous stuff. The book version is always going to be better then the movie, period. Why, well it just is

I agree it should be remade! But no there are no plans to remake it or any other movies! Did you know that V.C. Andrew died a while back and her family hired a guy to take over her writing and finish her stories and concepts for her; I stopped reading shortly after. But man that movie and books were strangely fascinating and creepy!

I agree that Flowers in the Attic could have been better because I did not understand it.

They should read the book first!! There is no comparison. I did not like the movie, a lot of things that should not have been part of the movie, no interest about the aspect of the storyline.

Book was pretty good. If they made the movie close to the book it would be shocking but audiences would probably still be fascinated.

I am so sick of movie remakes of tv shows and other movies, song covers, and the lazy state of the entertainment industry. Be original and write your own junk,and stop sampling, lazy wipes. Haven't heard anything yet.
