I wanna know what all the REAL new jersians love about NJ! By real I mean the ones born and raised here, such as myself. I love the variety of weather in the seasons, the shore,salt water taffy, the boardwalk,NOT pumping your own gas and the best friends on the planet. I don't wanna hear from any fake New Jersians or any haters!

For such a geographically small state, there's a surprising amount of variety here. Urban, suburban, ruburbia and rural all exist. Mountains, forests, beach, lakes, rivers and wetlands. Superior cuisine of all types. A great mix of what America is all about - people from different backgrounds and cultures trying to better their lives. For the sports lover 3 of the 4 major American professional sports have major league teams here and the one that doesn't (baseball) has 6 or 7 minor league teams playing in beautiful, cozy ballparks. There's history galore mixed in with 21st century advances. There's the weird and the unusual. Frankly, I'd prefer we kept the REAL New Jersey a secret from the rest of America. Let them make fun, we know the true story. :-)

I was also born and raised in jersey.I love that we have everthing here from the ocean(I love my Cape May) to the mountains, beautiful countryside.You're a short drive to New York City.Any food you crave, in some cases 24 hrs.a day.Although where I'm at has become over populated in my time but I'm not going anywhere!

We're from New Jersey and don't pump our own gas and we're proud about it, too. The diners that are open 24/7, malls so close to my home, we're very close to NY. New Jersey doesn't stink and there are suburban, urban, and rural places of Jersey. We are very smart and our state has a lot of money.
