because...ive tried to categorize a few groups in my Ipod...
so far i've gotten
The fray
and
coldplay
how would you categorize these two? and are there other groups like them?

i don't really know what genre i'd put them in.....
but i could suggest a few groups/artists to look into:

I would categorized The Fray as a bad Coldplay rip off.

There are way better groups out there than that. You should listen to Nirvana... they're one of my favorites. That's about all that I can think about right now that is even close to what you have listed.

1.destiny child's
2.cheetah girls
3.nysc
4.pussycat dolls..........and thats probaly all**!!
