I have a miserable life, a very miserable life. My family gives me stress, everybody makes fun of me, I do bad in school, my pictures look very ugly (mostly in 4th grade), I have to wake up early for school 7:00 A.M. until July, and I get a bunch of homework. How about you?

Miserable well i think we all have been there, Stress well i guess that never stops no matter what your age, Miserable oh boy.. back in school i was a nerd!! picked on oh yes! ugly well i could not miss seeing my old school photo's. Bad in school jeez not even funny because i was always daydreaming myself to a better place. But i will tell you what, after i finished school i got a job worked on my self confidence, my body grew into a much better looking guy, and i started my own business and have done well for myself so what I'm saying is we have to get past those miserable days and when we do the good ones are around the corner it just takes time.

Hello,
I'm gonna say this; from what I gather, you must be in grade school because that is the only place I know where folks be making fun of you; however, I will say this; for now, you can do two things, choose to be happy or choose to keep feeling the way you do. You may consider yourself ugly today, but your a work in progress; the best is yet to come. And if you have a bunch of homework now, seems to me, when time comes, it will pay off for you. Are you waking up early now in spite of the Christmas holidays? if not, make the best of it; and do have a happy holiday season. To answer your question, yes I have had miserable times in my life. But like Morgan Freeman said in the movie The Shawshank Redemption, "Get busy living or get busy dying". to those who make fun of you, think of it as them playa hating on you; if your family stress you out, try to do what you need to do to keep them off of you, and no matter what, you believe in you. I wish you well young person; your in my prayers.

Dear Miserable, There are children who can not go to school who would give anything for that luxury and would do their best to do well. They would not complain about getting up at 7 as its about two hours later than they do right now to go and beg for a living on the street or work in a sweat shop to help their families make ends meet. Your looks will change, most people are awkward in the fourth grade, speaking as someone who lost her father, I envy your miserable life and the fact you have a family.

Mmm..well, try to keep a perspective. You live in America, you have access to the best education, the best health care, the best jobs in the world. And that have ever been. Compared to someone in Africa or Asia or Europe or South America you are incredibly lucky! You are even luckier than a King or Queen a mere 100 years ago because there are now medicines that can give you a much longer life than they could ever have hoped for. So please be patient. Things will work out. Try to look on the good side, try to find the good and enjoy it, and when things go bad, try to remember that things will turn around. Enjoy your friends. Enjoy being a kid--its a great time to be alive.

I have to get up at 6:00 am in the morning everyday. Just remember somebody is always have a worse life than you. I have a good life mostly because I remember that and I do anything in my power (even if I may not have a lot of power) to have fun everyday.

I don't get "the best" grades. I have to get up at 6 in the morning and sometimes my family drives me crazy! But I love my life! Stop thinking about the bad things! Make the best of it. Cause when your like,80, you want to look back and say you had a great life! So starting right now make the best of what you have! Life IS worth living!

I'm more miserable. I got no real family. Not only my pictures make me ugly but I am ugly. I wake up for school at 6:00. I get 7 different homework assignments a day minimum. Trust me, life is worse for me.

((again, speaking from the 3rd person))

my friend does not have a house. He does not own a car, and so far can't get a job. He has to come to my church to get a decent meal from our soup kitchen, and doesn't have any family that he knows of. He does not have any friends except the ones he can meet on the street, and he constantly has to go up and down our towns to find some sort of food.

My friend has to work to survive at all. Why don't you two switch lives for a while, and you'll learn a little appreciation for your own life. You can afford a computer! He can't even afford decent shoes!

And, if you really want to see how bad lives can be, go to your local soup kitchen and volunteer one day. It will literally change your life. I know.

((sorry to sound mean and inconsiderate, I just hate it when people don't appreciate their own lives))
