Yes open it and check the ram is seated and every thing is seated press on each card and look if any cable is not seated good next time you do not use vac use air can.

if ur getting only one beep means then there is no prob
if ur getting long beep continiously wiht 2 sec gap then remove the RAM fix it back
if ur getting one long and two short beep means there is prob with ur video card (even onboar or AGP)

you probably knocked somthing loose che to see if everything is seated. start with the memory I would take it out and reinstall it
