The day before my school was going on vacation for Christmas and new years break, was a half day. I didn't go to school that day. When my friend was out of school and on aim she told me that my guy friend, Hassan, told people that he liked me and wanted to ask me out but that he was too scared to. I can't stop thinking about it , and i don't even know if it's true!HELP!!

i had something almost the same as that happen to me. my advice is that if you are both partially aware that you like each other then someone should make first move. let things move slowly and don't rush into anything but also don't expect people do to things for you. in addition you have to realize that people gossip and spread rumors just to get a response. if you act like it is such a big deal than it will be but if you are like oh i didn't know that that's cool with me then people will be more like "oh OK it's not too big of a deal" sorry if this sounds so harsh but i just worry about people sometimes.

If you like him, ask him straight out if he said it. If he did, tell him, "Well thank you. Yes I would like to go out with you. Where shall we go?"
If he said he didn't, then most likely he didn't but maybe he's shy.
I had people tell me a girl had a crush on me. I asked her and she said, "no."
But after that I noticed how she looks at me etc. and it's obvious she really likes me. I like her a lot but only as a friend so it all works out well in the end and we're still very good friends and that's all.

Should you care? Yes. Either someone out there really likes you or your friends are telling lies. Most likely someone really shy likes you so you should be flattered regardless of who he is, because he's nioce enough not to hassle you.

Why would your friend lie? If you like him you should talk to him. Just bring up the subject of the last day of school. Say that you didn't come cuz you wanted to sleep in or something and see how he responds.

Just ignore it. Just be urself even its true or false. If Hassan come 2 u then just make him clear of ur feelings. So don't take panic

Ask this person if they have special feelings for anyone, If they are vague then be more direct in letting this person know how you feel and that if it not resipicated that it is okay for you are friends first. And friendship is the major foundation to anything more. Happy holidays

if you like him like that then take it as if it's true and go ask him out. you could start out with something like "So, my friends say you like me. I like you alot to. Would you go out with me???" if you don't like him in that way then when you're talking with friends make sure he's in the circle and sorta slip in that you are about to ask out some other guy even if you aren't. he will either think it's true or take the hint

well it could be true since your friend was there and you werent. call your friend and ask him what went down when you werent at school. ask him does he really like you and that he wantd to ask you out but he couldnt because he was scared. aww. lol. ask him or talk to him. dont be freaked out. just calmly ask him to explain what happened and did he really say those things. ask him to be honest.

you should feel extremely flattered!!alot of the time, ppl are too nervous to ask someone out themselves so they just blab to other ppl, or tell friends to tell the person.

sounds like you like him too, but if not than play it off and if its not true than nothing will happen but if it is let him down easy cuz u dont wanna loose a friend. but i think you do like him cuz your a little too worried not to

well don't ask him if he really likes you let him work for you. if he likes he'll will ask your friends what you like. then he will try to talk to you about your intrest in guys. if he does thats one sign that he's interested in you. just an advise don't push it, dont act diffrient around him cuz you will let him know that you know his secret crush on you.
