Many if not the majority of men have hang ups about the size of their penis this is completely un-necessary worry as we all come in the same basic package. When a penis is flacid it can be any where from 2" to 4 or 5" in length when erect however, we are all more or less equal at about 6-6.5" and don't believe those many who claim to be bigger.
So you don't need a penis enlarger you will be wasting your money because nothing will enlarge your penis it is genetically determined just like your height.

Tie a heavy weight to the end of your penis. Walk around the house that way for a month. It's best to be nude, but do not do it in front of company or at the dinner table.

try to put something that will stretch your penis and in warm water this will expand your muscle to alow greater amouint of blood flow.. this can increase your penis size about 30%

there is no such thing forget it how long is your erect penis? if it is more than 4 inches you can have have as much fun as anybody ask your wife or girl is she happy? try oral or hand stimulation there are many ways to enjoy a women's company other than penetration

if you buy one, it should have a manual. if you have not buy one, don't waste the money and time. save it for something you like.
