You may have to "untrain" her sleeping habits. It will be hard at first....you have to endure some crying....but she will get used to/and needs to learn to get herself to sleep. As long as she's not hungry, dry, and clean, see if she will get herself to sleep. But I wouldn't let her cry more than 20 minutes or so at her age.

If the baby must be on the tummy as least remove the pillow, this is a bad combo and really ups the risks for SIDS

I'm sure you know that sleeping on their back is what is best. My 3 month old would only sleep on my chest dor her first 6 weeks of life. Now she has no problem sleeping i her own crib and on her back. I'd say go with what works.

I found the best way to have them sleep for longer periods of time during the night is by placing thm in a blanket in the swing on low speed.

There's no wrong answer and so many right answers. I have three kids (5, 3, and 1) and all three of them slept better on their stomachs. Others have said that their babies will only sleep on their backs. For your own sanity, if she sleeps better on her tummy, go for it!!

Lay her on her belly but not on a pillow it might suffocate her they have baby positioning pillows at Babies R Us and she can lay on that, but be careful with pillows.
