I have not seen anything that would give an estimate of such a thing. I imagine that it is a huge amount though. I don't know that it is actually Christians that waste most of the paper. I imagine that it is those who celebrate Christmas. I generally have my family save as much of the paper and boxes that we can so that they can be reused the next year. Wouldn't it be wonderful to see all of us choose to conserve everything that we possibly can around the home? Have a great holiday with your family and friends.

It has nothing to do with a person's faith. It depends on the size and shape of the boxes or presents without boxes. Also, how many do you have? Not all people "waste" wrapping paper by the way. Some people use last year's paper. Most people won't remember what paper, if their gift had any, the item was wrapped in anyway.

THIS ONE WASTES ABSOLUTELY NONE
Defend the poor and fatherless; Do justice to the afflicted and needy. Deliver the poor and needy; Free them from the hand of the wicked.

May the Lord of hosts turn and soften your heart to do His will.
Much prayer and blessings be with you.
