Count your Blessings !! You have a home , a job , your good health , and if you live in America , you are living in the greatest country the world has ever known !! If you really want to feel good about yourself and your surroundings , do somethoing for someone less fortunate without expecting anything in return !! Enjoy your Blessings and pass some of them on to others !! A contrite Prayer thanking God for what He has done for you is very rewarding for your soul . This takes the pressure off of you by reminding you that you are not in control of your destiny , and you will always have someone to talk to !! God Bless & Merry CHRISTmas ....

Be grateful. Some people don't have homes to be in let alone open gifts. I , myself am at work, and yes it is slow. I have to be back here tomorrow too. I don't have any gifts to open either, but I have alot more than alot of people. I have my health too. Christmas is sopposed to be about Jesus not presents. Try to feel his presence, and all will be right. God Bless

Write down only nice things you want to tell people. Then plan to take a hot bath and meditate in the tub. Before you go to sleep name everyone you know and say something nice from the list you wrote down. Christ will love you for it. Spread the love-- when you are alone, it's very powerful!
