If by rly, you meant "fly", yes reindeer do fly like carrots because neither one of them fly, although you could probably throw a carrot farther than you can throw a reindeer.
If by rly you meant "really", then my answer would be yes, since most large herbivores like carrots.

Yup, they do. An advert on TV has Santa feeding his reindeers carrots so it MUST BE TRUE!!!
