OMG ya, they are sexy. I like rose vines wrapped around the upper arm or something on your shoulder.
And oh ya......nipple rings are hot.......gives me something more than your nipple to suck on!

It depends if ur sexy urself.I like dem w/ roses.No piercings only hot guy can wear them on their nipple or ears no where else.

nipple piercings? that's not sexy. it sounds kinda akward. tattoos can be sexy, but keep in mind that tattoos are forever. i'm sure they won't be sexy on an 80 year old man

Personally, if a guy is physically fit, then I think they're hot. Especially the bead rings and a tattoo across the shoulders. :)

i love my husband tattoos he has them on his arms, chest and legs but i do not like nipple piercings

tatoos look sexy if you have big muscles and piericings if you have ripped abs then nipple piericings makes some girls want to rap you, but if you get a tatoo go for something orginal or unquie

Tattoos are cool on guys especially when they are on their muscle calves,arms and that is all. Piercings are alright on ears as long as they don't look gay!
