i seen a pic and sumbody was in it, and they took theirself out of the background and put them in a new one, i dont know how to get myself out of one pic and put me in another without completely moving the original background, too. how do i do this? i am using paint shop pro 7.

First you work changing the background of your current picture so that you can put a uniformed color border around your image in the picture. This may require using various tools like the flood fill and dual paint brush tools to remove colors of the background along side the image. Use the crop and select tools to remove as much extra stuff as possible. Then start looking at the selection tools and masks and you will find some choices that let you frame an area on a color line. That will allow you to lift just the image of yourself and later paste it in another background.
