Definitely. Pencil skirts are most flattering on the straighter-hipped (rather than curvy) figure. I'll guess, as a male, you're fairly straight-hipped with something of a flatter a.ss.
So good choice.

yes a male would look GOOD in a black KNEE length pencil skirt...but if you want to look SEXY try a MINI skirt

If the male is female looking or very lean and slender then YES!! But if the male obviously looks like a man even from a distance then...eww no.
