How do you deal with it when its been 4 months and your spouse still wont give you relations?

I would find out why! Unless you already know and are too lazy to change. That sounded worst than intended. I was the same way. I noticed that I wasn't getting my steady supply of whoopee. I was a bit over weight, say 50 pounds. It took me 2 years to finally order this crazed lunatic ladies video that does every variation of sit up know to man. I lost 35 pounds but was thinner and more muscular than I have ever been, well since my late 20's. And I'm almost 50. Olympic weights and this lunatic ladies video changed my appearance, or actually put it back where it should have been. Now it's whoopee three times a week!

Some issue needs to be resolved.
If you can't talk about it, & if you don't have kids, that may be the end. If you have kids, that's another story.
Either way, not talking is not going to clear anything up - there are large peices missing from this puzzle.
