Get it framed. It'll cost a lot, I have an aunt who frames things and I asked how much it would cost to get my Breaking Benjamin signed guitar framed and she said $800, but it'd be worth it.

If you are asking whether you can put a clear coat over the autographs, the answer is yes- and no.

In order to do this you would have to take the guitar completely apart and spray on a clear coat that is not solvent to the ink that the autographs were signed in. For example, if you used a Sharpie the clearcoat would have to be a water based finish. If you used a paint marker you will PROBABLY have to use a solvent based finish like lacquer.

This is a VERY touchy situation, so I would heartily recommend that you get it framed as suggested above.
