This will depend on an individual, should you spent your money carefully and wisely then I'll can tell you about $800 per month for a single people is more than enough. Otherwise, you can see peoples earning thousands of dollars also not enough.

if you are single and have any illness, it is best you try to lead a simple life as simple as possible.

but i must admit there are certain things which many need example a computer for checking the world news in another angle other than the tv.

ps: if you like a guy, do not look at his salary 1st but his personalities and characters etc. if u really had a poor life before, then share the experience with him and together find ways to become a better person in terms of self-awareness etc.

Dear Jade

It depends on how many "mouths" or "instalments" you have. Otherwise a net pay of $1500.00 should be able to have at least savings of 50%.

Trust that you are careful in spending by asking this question. Wishing you a Merry X'mas today.

if you are single and not 'attached' to any installment or apartment rental. $2000 is good enough, you can save at least 50% of your salary at the end of the month.

With the $2000 salary in S'pore you will not be able to enjoy your life at maximum but just moderate in many ways.

Merry Christmas!!!!
