training a rabbit is possible. very much so actually. but it takes time and patience.

First off, you need to get to know your new pet. and it needs to get to know you. food is the way to a rabbit's heart. Carrots, obviously, celery and lettuce are among their favorites.

Pick a name and use it often. Rabbits will eventually recognise their name..i emphasize recognize, they probably won't come to it. Use the same tone of voice when speaking to your rabbit. They don't like loud, quick sounds.

First of all, worry about taming your rabbit. Holding it, petting it...playing with it. Introduce it to different people and places. Litter trainig is good and easy. Find their potty place...and put out a small box..something plastic like a cat litter pan and wood chips, leaves, newspaper...anything in it...and he will use it.

Good Luck with your new Pet!

There is no training a bunny. Rabbits know how to do three things: eat, run fast and make baby bunnies. These are all that they are capable of learning.

You really can't "train" rabbits to do anything.
