It's called discharge, as the others have said. When you get dressed, sprinkle some baby powder that has corn starch onto the crotch of your panties. This will help keep you dry, and will absorb the discharge.

It depends. Is it yellow? Brown? Or does it look like dried milk? Is it in the front? Back? Or up the middle?
