HF is very dangerous stuff. If you have to ask where to get it, then you probably should not be playing with it. In addition to producing highly toxic products when it reacts with other materials, it is insidious stuff. If you get a bit of conc. sulfuric or nitric on your skin, you are instantly made aware of it by the intense burning. Even a tiny dot of it feels like a cigarette being jammed into your skin. But HF instantly kills the nerve cells and so there is no pain, just severe damage without you even knowing it. Don't mess with it unless you have a good reason.

Since HF etches glass, it has to be stored in Teflon or plastic bottles.

It is used in the glass industry to etch glass. Any cut glass with "frosting" is probably made by using HF. A lot of that work is done in China today.

You can buy it from stain glass supply houses in small quantities. But it is very toxic and produces very toxic salts when reacting with metals or glass and you should use it only in a hooded area or where there is good ventilation.

It would be impractical to use it in any terrorist attack, so I am not concerned about telling you this (which could be read by anyone).

it's dangerous stuff, why do you need it?
(someone call Homeland Security! :-)))

seriously, you could order from a chemical co. like Sigma but you'd need a license.

it's used in cleaning brickwork, try asking at Lowe's or Home Depot. Is there a brand name product that includes HFA? you could ask at some masonry places around town.

You could also try your local university chemistry dept. although they are unlikely to give it to you unless you are using it for an experiment.

You need to have permits and signed paperwork from high authorities to be able to legally obtain Hydrofluoric Acid. And these permits are only granted to reputable companies and institutions prior to careful inspections of where you are going to use it and how.
