The Sixth Sense has the best ending I have seen so far. It makes you want to sit and watch it all over again just to pick up on all the clues.

Well in the cinema watching Titanic sink was pretty impressive as was King Kong sat on top of the Empire state but that was only on the big screen. The whole of Amelie was a wow for me though I only watched it because I was stuck on plane as foreign films never appealed to me but the whole film was just pure magic!

The moment William Hurt falls through the hole in the wall in Dark City and his dead body floats into space and you see the entire city floating in space.
The opening shot of Star Wars when the cruiser flies in overhead (I've seen that when it was reshot on IMAX for a documentary about special FX. It's impressive on a normal cinema screen but in IMAX your mouth hits the floor and stays there.)

"Lawrence of Arabia" when Lawrence blows out a match and the screen is instantly filled with the brilliant desert sky of the next scene. This is a film that HAS to be seen on the big screen in order to appreciate it.

I think one of my biggest WOW moments was on 'Face Off' When the faces on Travolta and Cage were swapped and everyone that knew about himin prison were killed off. I couldn't imagine how he would have got out of that one.
'The Crying Game' was another. With a bit of a unexpected surprise but I won't spoil it incase you havent seen it.
