Hi. Sorry you are having problems. Try this and I think it will help you. It is a fix until Yahoo! gets the kinks ironed out of the new format. The first thing you do when you enter lounge is check play small window in option box Once you sit, you can expand the room to see the chat area. You only see the top half of the cards but there are no ads!!! How about that?

If you're using IE do the following:
TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > ADVANCED
From there, scroll until you see Microsoft VM
Be sure JIT Compiler... has been checked off...close browser and then retry the site. Should work then.

you dont have the program it needs if it dosent load in 3 min..
