some do, some don't. nuns take a vow of celibacy and are not supposed to think the wearing or non-wearing of underwear has any sexual connotations. however, they are still people, and have choices like everyone else.

Everyone does. They just have rules like no cutting their hair and no waxing (this is true, I'm not kidding), but why wouldn't they wear underwear? That's ridiculous. Don't you have anything better and more useful to wonder about on Christmas Eve?
