I LOVE Metallica!! No one else seems to know or heard about it!!! WTF???!!

metallica's newer albums are not my favorite. but they kick ***. up top, ya thats great you like one of their songs. but that is like their most popular song and its not even close to being their best song. if that's the only metallica song you know, and because that is the only song you put down, your not a real metallica fan. as for their old stuff, its amazing. and just because they sold millions of records doesn't mean they are a sell out. its just that people bought their records. you can't prosecute for that. next, their new stuff is different from the norm. but wtf did you expect from metallica? they always do stuff that is different and weird and not like anything you've heard before. i personally don't like them as much, but it's not cuz their music sucks and they dont have any more talent or chemistry anymore. they wanted st. anger to sound like they were playing in a natural setting. as if they were all playing in a garage together. they didn't want to record each instrument seperately. they wanted it to sound like they were really all playing together. i dunno if that makes any sense to any of you. and like i said before, i don't like the newer stuff. and thats ok. but one thing is for sure. I LOVE METALLICA.

ummmmmmmmm. If there is anyone alive who, with the exception of 2 yr olds, hasn't heard of Metallica, they aren't listening hard enough. Metallica is super badass, though there last few albums have sucked, you can't erase the classics like 'Kill em' All' and ' Master of Puppets'

Most people don't like Metallica because after around 1997 they just started sucking really bad. Most of their best music was in the 80's, IMO.

I love their music at least the ones from before geronimo entered the band. Master of puppetts album is my favorite, and also what they have done with the San Fransisco Symphony orchestra is something that can't be topped.

No... NOBODY ELSE has ever heard of Metallica, they're only one of America's most famous mainstream metal bands of all time. Who?
Those guys that won seven grammys? Two MTV music video awards? Whoa, yeah, they're totally underground and unheard of.
PS, to those saying that they are "Gods of Metal," you are incorrect. That title goes to Pantera.
