Feck no, the day has really just begun for me. It started with two pair of flannel pyjamas from my elderly mates, soon off to brother's house for Lunch, family and mates, then a late evening meal with another mate and his parents.
Why are things so exciting? Because of love!
Because of the Christmas spirit.
I have a stocking at my Brother's place, he and his wife have made certain that Father Christmas remembers us all after my mother's death. I really give them credit for making EVERY Christmas better than the one before.
And as on other post, for everyone my simple wish, may you, as I find
every moment today wickedly merry, joyful, happy and bright.

You must be joking its just started , about to have a wonderful dinner looking forward to a weeks rest couldnt care less about tele , so much to do , A merry Christmas at any rate

Yes. But not so much with the true meaning, just with all the hassle of gifts -- should I give? what should I give? should I give to him? her? their kids? my coworkers? will they like it? will it fit? will they be offended if I don't give? All that junk.
