I don't know how old you or this girl are, but if she hasn't had her period because she is very young, then she is way too young for sex, mentally and physically. Also, just because she has never had her period does not mean she can't get pregnant.

There are women who never have a period, so having sex under those circumstances isn't automatically "bad." However, having sex at a very young age can have some very negative effects that can influence her life for many years to come.

What if she is ovulating for the very first time 2 weeks before you have sex? She would end up pregnant. It's not necessarily bad, but it is not safe to assume she will not get pregnant.

Because she's not ready for reproduction. She's just not fully developed if she's not menstrating yet. Sex is for reproduction, its just a bonus that it feels good too.

Just wait until like she has her period. If she never had her perioud then don't have sex.
