This is absolutely HORRIBLE:

Hialeah, FL – An 18-year old woman reported to A Gynecologists Diagnostic Center on July 19, 2006, began a second-trimester abortion. ...The woman apparently delivered a live baby girl, who gasped for air for five minutes while clinic workers shrieked.

Clinic owner Belkis Gonzalez was said to have cut the baby’s umbilical cord and placed the baby and placenta into a red biohazard bag, then threw her onto the roof of the clinic where she stayed for eight days.

Now, tell me. What should be done? The baby was ALIVE. They killed a living, breathing child. This is MURDER. Come on. It makes me sick.

I don't understand your point Honey.
Murder is murder no matter how many breaths a person was seen taking. Ultra sound shows a baby LIVING inside the womb on human life support.
Would it be murder if someone cut off your life support?

Read the book Gianna...Aborted and Lived to Tell About It. It's Gianna's biography, and she was aborted and came out crying. This is not the first time this has happened. Except this Gianna baby got proper treatment at a hospital and was put up for adoption, which is what her mother probably should have chosen to do in the first place....

First of all, aren't 2nd trimester abortions illegal??? And yes, these clinic workers who put a BABY on a ROOF should be put in jail. You could get imprisoned for doing that to a DOG, much less a PERSON. But then that gets into the question of what would happen to the mother...and if aborting a second trimester baby is illegal, she just got caught red-handed, so to speak, and should also be punished. What monsters could do that to a living, breathing person! I can almost understand that when a baby doesn't look like a baby and doesn't move, a mohter could have that done and not realize how bad it is...but a LIVE baby??? That's the sickest thing I ever heard. "Oh, it's right to have an abortion so the baby isn't mistreated and abused by a mother who doesn't love it and can't take care of it"...isn't MURDER abuse, too????

The medical examiner estimated the mother was 22 weeks pregnant, within the legal 24-week limit for an abortion in a clinic. Experts consider 22-week-old fetuses not viable because the overwhelming majority don't survive even in intensive care.

It would not have survived no how according to this in the story. You can get an abortion up to 24 weeks in some states.
I do however think that they should not have thrown it on top of a building. The clinic was closed down so there that goes. There was no possible way of that fetus living because when they perform second trimester abortions, once they start the process it cannot be stopped because they use highly strong drugs and the fetus would be born with major defects. She had already been there once getting her cervix dilated to have an abortion, she intended to have an abortion so there is nothing anyone can do to her.
Maybe the doctors there for how they handled the situation.

The baby was born alive and then died after 5 minutes. There was a 5 percent chance it would have lived if brought to a hospital, and most likely would have had disabilities.
I don't think abortions should be allowed past 15 weeks at the most. I personally would never have one, but I feel we need to keep the option to have an abortion open for woman just in case. Its really up to the person getting the abortion.
The fact is though, they didn't kill the baby, they gave the mother drugs causing her to dilate and give birth. Legally they were still allowed to give an abortion to the woman, because she was before 24 weeks pregnant. The same thing would have happened if the woman would have drank penny royal tea at home.

That is the most disgusting thing I have ever heard in my entire life they sould be shot for that. I really don't know why how or can anyone abort there baby especially when they are that far along it's disgusting as far as i'm concerned if you don't want a baby then either stop having sex or use protection there is no excuse as far as i'm concerned. Even if a person is raped you can get the morning after pill so you know for sure your not pregnant. People are messed up they don't deserve to have children at all that's how I feel anyhow.

This clinic owner should be brought-up on murder charges. The baby girl was born alive and should have done whatever she could have to perserved the child's life. The child likely die within a few hours of being on the roof. If she doesn't face criminal charges, or if her license is not pulled, I pray this woman and her clinic face the wrath of Allah (God). In the US, if a person did this to a domestic animal, they would be facing felony charges.

What a crock from beginning to end. The definition of murder is clear. The article says that murder cannot be proved. YET THE BOMB THROWING PRO LIFE MOVEMENT CALLS FOR THE DEATH PENALTY. Just as the islamic terriorist want all those who are sane to be killed, the pro life movement supports the killing of doctors and women that follow the reasonable laws of mankind.

That completely broke my heart.. and I am sick to my stomach.. maybe because I am almost 40 weeks pregnant..

I can't believe the baby was gasping for air and they didn't do anything but put it in a bag..

Those people really need to be charged with murder.. that baby wanted to live..

I think abortions are wrong!!!!! If you made the attempt to have a baby and new that getting pregnant was a good chance you shouldn't have had sex in the first place!!!! Then to do this to a life that don't deserve it is deff. wrong. The doctor that did this to a little person should be punished!!!!!

She was 25 weeks pregnant. They tried and failed to abort the baby. After that it is said that they left it for 10 hours after birth wrapped in a blanket "under observation" but without giving it any help.
