Hello; I believe folks feel that America is the greatest country in the world due to the fact that around the 1800s when folks were leaving Europe to come to this then new country, folks believed that with our democracy, opportunity, etc, that it was the best; Only in America can a person of little means become somebody; Now as to the sports we invented, ok, why don't you play em? cause you prefer you soccer and cricket and that's your thing; We have nothing against the games being played elsewhere; matter of fact, folks play pro basketball in Europe. Ok, the football isn't big there, but it's not like no one can have a good time. As for winning at something, well yes we like to feel we are winning at things, but there's a lot that we are not. There is no place on this earth where there is NO racism, classism, discrimination etc.

You must not be from the USA. For one thing Yankees are from the North. They do not use the term y'all. That is a Southern term from the deep south. Where I live and we are called Rebels. The Dallas Cowboys never lose you got that right.
We are a smart well educated country that believes in religious freedom to worship the way you want. That makes us special.

Well, though I certainly agree that citizens of the US are overly arrogant to an amazing degree, AND that the US is not "the best country in the world" (not that there's such a thing anyway)... U.S. wins at many non-U.S. invented sports, too. And sometimes it loses at the ones its citizens invented...

envision a land / nations without borders and reasons for fighting
all people are great and worth respect
now if you factor in what is the current empire nation? hands down the US is in the lead but soon the lands it conquers will rise back , history will repeat
