please people help me my cousin changed something on my computer,he locked my comp, when i press the power button it says "enter drive lock password " now i can't open my comp plzzz help me

Try this. Open your computer and remove the battery that looks like a thick quarter. Let it sit there for about a day and then put it back in and start the computer. This'll also clear out your time and such so remember to set it.
If that doesn't work, find another computer and look up the model number of the motherboard and see how to reset the motherboard.
Of course the fastest way to get it working is to walk up to him with a lead pipe and say, "Password, please."

That is pretty crapy! I would say only a computer restore will work on that if you do not have the password! That is the worst thing to do but if your computer is locked and you do not have the password then this is your only course of action.
