yes, wynaut is only obtained either from the egg from the woman in the hot spa, but if you want to make your own, you need to breed a female wobuffet while it's holding the item "lax incense"
as well, in order to get an azuril you need to have a female maril, and one of the two parents needs to be holding the item "sea incense"
igglybuff, cleffa, pichu are all hatched as well, just like in 2nd gen pokemon games (g/s/c)

I haven't played those games for ages but I'm assuming it's the same as Diamond. Catch a Poliwhirl and make it hold a king's rock and level it up and it will evolve into a Politoed :).
