I can't take full credit for this answer - I saw it posted by someone else who had answered a similar question. Hope it helps:

Before you do anything further take a few minutes and sit quietly and start at the end. Think about what the ideal situation will be if you had no obstacles and everything you needed to get there. Since this is your imagination you could go anywhere you want to go. After this exercise return to your research.

2. A certified career coach who is a good fit with your personality and budget would also be helpful. Try these websites to find one.

3. From your local library you can access
the Ferguson's Career Guidance Center

According to the New York Public Library, it offers detailed descriptions of more than 2,000 popular jobs in 94 industries, as well as over 23,000 resources to help people select, plan, and advance their careers.

Good luck.

I know a very good resource that will help you with career options and also shows videos of people doing tons of jobs that explain them in detail.

It is a free website and has a wealth of information including salaries, necessary education and whether or not the job is in demand. That last part is huge because many people follow their heart or listen to what other people say rather than really understand what jobs are available at the end of a degree. I made this mistake myself. I really didn't do the research I should have prior to going into my major and I ended up not even doing anything remotely what I went to school for.

If you haven't decided on what you want to do yet, there are also many websites that offer free interest profilers. Don't pay for it because you can find one for free on websites such as O*Net.

Here's the occupation website I referenced above:

Wow.. so youthful, so naive... heavily, once you're somewhat desiring to be a action picture producer you're able to be attentive to of the place to look as a replace of turning to a shitty QnA board on the internet. it somewhat is a occupation that demands hobby and love for action picture so you might have a gamble of arising it as a professional, even then you certainly'll in all threat basically be doing small stuff like capturing commercials and suchlike. The library is a sturdy place to start up.
