how is it u work from when u got pregnant am not sure if u work it from the day of ur last period or the week before it if any one can let me know that be good cause am trying 2 figure out what i am my last period started on the 12th of november and finished on 16th november and i cant remember how the midwife worked out how far i am

to get your due date u subtract 3 months from the first day of your last period so that would be August and then add 7 days so your due date would be August 19.

I think they work it out exactly 9 months from the first day of your last period. So if you find out you are pregnant a few days after you miss your period, then you are usually 5 weeks pregnant.
So your due date should be the 16th or so in August next year.

the first day of your last menstrual cycle will give you an estimated date of delivery...
