Instead of reality shows?

MTV are making a lot of money right now with their reality shows. The demand for reality shows is still out there. When people get sick of them - if they ever do - they'll probably go back to playing music.

If you have digital cable, "MTV Hits" does play music all day. As for regular MTV, they do make a ton of money with the reality shows as well as the teen/college age trendy shows such as "Yo Momma" and "Pimp My Ride"

MTV does play music but not that much . i remember in the year 2002, they played music videos all morning . when it was winter break i would always wake up early in the morning just to watch the music videos . i really hope that they go back to playing the music videos . i really miss those days .

MTV sucks. You must accept it will never stop showing reality shows, just lets hope it stil shows any music at all!l

NO!!! They should change the name to RSTV (reality show television). TRL is all that is left of the past, which MTV forgot

it does play music from like 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM

MTV start sucking real bad when they played the first rap video.

They play music, but you have to wake up early for it. I hate TRL because, although it's in the afternoon, they always cut the music videos in half. I can't enjoy half a song!

NO they obviously make more money playing the monkees and shows that are sick and twisted over playing music.
