Clerks the Animated Series was on ABC television on its inital run, so it was no more vulgar than the average prime time cartoon these days. There was alot of potty humour, but no outright cursing. I would dare say it was far tamer than most Family Guy episodes.
You might be able to find it on by checking veiwaskew.com but I have not seen any downloads for the show myself.

P.S. the episodes are rather tame, but the DVD's had intros by Jay and Silent Bob. In order to make it worthy of the "Unrated" title, Jay curses alot in these intros, so you might want to beware of the Unrated DVD's for a 10 yr old.

(also to the "English teacher" who tried to correct the poster of the question. "Clerks" is a proper title, therefore it is a singular form as a subject and the question is properly framed in such a context)

the cartoon isn't vulgar, but if you get the video or dvd, there is an intro with a lot of cursing that is separate from the cartoons...
try downloading from limewire...
and to the ****** who felt the need to give a grammar lesson, in this instance 'clerks' is a title of a cartoon series and is therefore singular, making "is" perfectly acceptable...

Its how vulgar are clerks not is. Clerks is the subject which is plural and "are" is the plural verb (in this sentence "subject" is the subject).
