I'm here in Saigon for 3 weeks now and really love the city. Xmas celebration is really awesome here! Come on! Let's celebrate New Year here....! Cant want for a New Year celebration!

I like Vietnam so much that I have travelled there 5 time in the last 10 years. Each year it is more beautiful and fun to visit. So many gorgeous sites to see. The food is good and reasonable, Bia Hoi Hanoi is delicious and the people so friendly. We will be there again this summer for a month. I very much recommend that you have a holiday there.

I've been to Vietnam. I've only been to Ho Chi Minh City and the Vietnam/Cambodia border city of Chau Duc. I loved Vietnam! It is a really pretty country. Although it is quite poor all over, however, you won't be able to tell this from the friendliness of the people and how nice they are to you. The best part of Vietnam is the money! With 1 U.S. dollar being almost equal to 16,000 Viet Dong, you'll be a millionaire (in Viet dollars of course.) OK, no joking about their money but go visit the country; you will love it!

I liked Vietnam so much that I ended up living here. Meanwhile for almost 3 years.
Is it beautiful?
Yes - but not always. For Western noses there are strange smells, a lot of noise from all the bikes and some really dirty corners.
Do I still like it?
Sure - hey, is NYC just perfect and beautiful??? No!?
But - people are happy here and the always smile....even you try to talk to them in terrible Vietnamese!

Yes I have once when i was young. I had a great time, but when walking on the streets of Saigon while seeing poor people make me sad. I want to go to Vietnam again, but airlines tickets are so expensive!

I was bron there and live there. I was bron in Saigon. Vietnam is a very fun beautiful place. If you plan to travel there stop by the water park in Saigon. It's really fun. I hope this help,

Oh Yes. The people are friendly. The hotels are comfortable and the shopping and food are great. Chose the right people to travel with -- people who want to experience a different culture and appreciate a different world. Otherwise you will be disappointed because not all Asian countries are first world standards.

I like Hue and Hoi an the most. You must go there and you will love them a lot! :) I also like their foods and only one thing that make me crazy is the traffic :D but nothing bad!!

Yes, I have. I went there when I was like 8 years old. I didn't like it becuase I was too young to go anywhere fun.

I grew up here, but went back 3 times.It's okay if u like hot weather. And if u like vietnamese food.
