My inner rhythm is slow. I'm a laid back guy living in the south ,where everything is slow. And my rhythm sounds like an endless ZZtop album!!!

It's the beat of whatever music I'm listening to... be it slow, fast, upbeat, etc... The music just becomes one with me and I feel myself (my inner me, not the physical me) move with the music, like I'm dancing with it...
As for the other times, my inner rhythm is the beat of my heart... A little quick, sure of itself, and just exuding life.
I love it.
