Whats the question? It is bad. In the US all the government and media has done is make it worse. All the taboo surounding words and old racism puts everyone on edge. Some L.A. cops have to run down a black dude who evaded them, then ran and started kicking them. He gets a beating and its racist??? If they had to chase a white man on a belly full of dunkin-donuts they'd beat him too. If you run from a cop and start kicking them - you get a beating. All this EOE horse shi* is prolonging racism too. A white man applies for a job and doesn't get it but an immigrant or black guy got it who was dumb as a box of rocks and grossly unqualified whats he going to do....

I think all the talk about it and the efforts to quell it only serve to draw attention to the differences and make people resentful. We should be celebrating the differences and recognizing that in spite of these differences, we're all the same under our skin. We all have the same hopes, fears, concerns and aspirations. We all love our families and want to provide for them; we all want the chance to have a decent job and earn a living wage; we all want to be treated with respect and dignity.
It will have to come from the hearts and minds of individual people, not be forced on them from above.
Next time you pass someone of a different race, smile and say hello.

Until the philosophy,
That holds one race superior
and another inferior
is finally ,
and permanently ,
discredited
and abandoned
everywhere is war
