old remedy, but it works. Use olive oil, soak with sponge & go lightly with steelwool or brillo pad.

Use a razor blade at about 90degress angle and scrape off then take some nail polish remover to remove the residue from the glue on the tape. Nail polish remover smells but not as bad as mineral spirits and every guy that has a girlfriend or wife who does her nails already has nail polish remover on hand and it works very well I use it a lot to remove paints and even gold leafing glue off the dinning room table and since the wife uses it daily never noticed but she has noticed the bottle getting empty now the secret of the nail polish thief is out Hope that helps Lr

Windex is the best. Be sure to drape old towels or blankets over the cabinet to protect the wood. Use a single edge razor blades to scrape. Only scrape in one direction and wipe off between each pass to prevent scratching the glass.

After scraping the excess tape,I would use nail polish remover or paint thinner. Works all the time! Put something like Saran Wrap over the wood in case of drips

Goo Gone.
Place a few drops on the sticker then rub with old dish towel. Or put it directly on the dish towel and the rub it on the sticker.
To prevent from dripping on the wood place a paper grocery sack under the item you are working on or construction paper.

Remove most of the tape with a sharp blade. The to remove the adhesive us EUCALYPTUS OIL on a ball of cotton wool. The Eucalyptus oil will not damage the wood surface and it smells good too.

go with the Goo Gone. it is just citrus oil, so it shouldn't hurt the finish. just to make sure try some on the back of a leg or out of sight place. good luck, and happy holidays!

first vingar/water, if that fails use a window razor blade or sharp putty knife very carefully. Don't damage the precious wood finish.
