The consistence may have changed, but I don't think you should throw it away. I don't believe any eye-shadows blended whit a little water make any difference in whether t can cause allergic reactions or such. It may be easier to apply it whit your finger from now on. But wash your hands before putting it in contact whit your makeup, because your hands carry alot of bacteria, and your eye-area are very sensitive.

yeah you can still use it just dab a tissue over it or something.
in the future when you buy the eyeshadow buy more than one so that way if you run out of it or break it or ruin it you have extras!

You can still use it. It might be more cakey than usual, though, depending on what it is made of. Just be sure not to use it if it starts smelling funny or changes colors.

let it dry... it should be fine. I wet mine all the time to make a creamy eye shadow.

PUT A PIECE OF TISSUE ON IT AND PRESS LIGHTLY IT WILL ABSORB THE WATER AND LEAVE THE OIL, IT SHOULD BE FINE.
