ok, i was wondering if i should be worried about not having my period since september. and the reason i'm asking is that i am still a virgin there is no possibility that i'm not because i haven't even been put in that situation. i guesse there was a day in november that i had it but it was only one day and one pad. so should i be overly worried or is it normal for a teenaged girl to skip a couple of months with nothing being wrong?

Correct =)

Don't be worried--if you're a virgin, you most certainly have nothing to worry about.

I'm a nurse. You could be under stress, but to answer your question, yes you should worry. This isn't normal. I would recommend you see a doctor. I think to me it sounds like stress. Stress could cause you to miss a period. If you don't get it soon, then be seen by the doctor. If of course you get your period you are ok not to see the doctor. I would try to find something that will relax you. Everything will get better with time just wait and see. Take care.

I don't think it's normal, but I'm not actually a girl. I'm pretty sure you're supposed to have them every month though. If you had them every month for awhile, and then they stopped, that's not good.

If you suddenly began excercising a lot, that could affect it. But if you didn't change anything, I think it's worth seeing your doctor about.

Some people have irregular periods, and some people stop having them at all when they are very active, such as sports. It is good to talk to your doctor if you skip more than two periods though, as the lining in the uterus can become too thick.

irregularity is perfectly normal just prepar for it to be heavy next time you start. and if the fact of not being regular bothers you then get on the pill and that will straighten you out.

It isn't normal for teenage girls to stop having a period. Make an appointment with your family doctor as soon as you can for a check up and explain everything to them.

Take care.

It depends on when you started. If you had your first period lately, then you don't need to worry.
