Having secrets is your way of saying you don't trust anyone enough to be a good friend. Or maybe you are a bad person and shouldn't be telling anyone at any time about anything you have done and is currently a secret.

It depends. You can be either secretive, extremely suspicious of others or an introvert person. Some people like to have secrets, because they believe that makes them important...

Lack of trust and possibly guilt.
You probably were made to feel that you couldn't be honest as a child because it meant punishment or sarcasm. You might have said a few things at a certain age, but were made fun of and it hurt you.
Most likely you feel quite confident that you don't need other people to understand or accept your ideas or thoughts. Your life is your own and I think you're probably very independant.

Depends what kind of secrets they are. I have alot too....I just don't choose to share them with anyone...they are not bad, like I didn't murder anyone or anything, they are just personal things that I choose not to share.

That either you don't trust people enough to let them into your life, or you don't think your secrets matter enough for them to know about them.
