Forgive me, that was cruel. I think you are either a) transexual or b) a hermaphrodite.
Basically a transexual is a boy who feels that he's trapped in a girls body- he was meant to be born a boy but was born a girl, or vice versa. If you are this, I think you need to wait until you are 18 to get an operation. There are support groups, etc... out there (and even on yahoo answer), so you can familiarize yourself with the term, and perhaps get your family and friends to accept you.
A hermaphrodite is a girl or a boy who is born with some of the other genders reproductive organs. Usually this is detected and fixed at birth, but rarely it isn't. If this is so, then you can get an operation to fix this and start taking hormones.

Most of the people who have answered dont know what they are talking about. You probably just have a large clitoris. Every girl has a clit but most are about the length of the last two inches of a regular pencil including the eraser. The head of the clit looks similar to a boy's penis head but it's about the size of the eraser. Some girls have a clit that is about the 3 inches long and is about the size of the pencils first graders use. Again the eraser is about the size of the clit head. This is perfectly normal. Girls' clits vary widely in size just like boys' penises. All clits become erect during sexual stimulation but the foreskin (hood) restrains it. If yours is large it probably exerts enough force on the foreskin to protrude from your body enough to be noticed under some pants. Don't have it surgically removed. It will leave you with no sexual feeling. Most girls would be envious of you. Finally a girl has something to hold onto when masturbating and your bf can put it to good use too.

Some of you people on here are really stupid. It is very possible for a female to also have a penis! Also, for those who say use it, or play with it, etc it will not function as a normal penis if the person is female. As for the asker, do some research on this subject on the internet. go to the doctor if your really a girl then you shouldnt have a penis u need to get that checked out

U could be a male/female like do u have boobs and other womanly features then u are a male/female but f u just have man boobs then you might be confused about you sexuality ad need help

well..not much anyone here can do.
there are Dr's that can preform surgery on you to help you rid yourself the penis, and insert a vagina instead.
what exactly did you expect someone from here to do for you?

You should talk to your parents....SOON!!! And then get them to tak eyou to a doctor's office to get maybe a surgery done or some pschyological help(SP???) hope you get what you need.
