SHould've had both sides turned. As the one that wasn't is not completely smooth, meaning, is still a bit warped. Or wavey. So, that still needs done, or need a replacement.

sounds like the caliper is not releasing all the way which is holding the pads against the rotors. Also you should get both of the rotors turned when you change brakes.

it could be a cupple diffrent things but if yu had one rotor turned you should have had the other turned but what was one side sown to the bar and making groves in the rotor or was it warped it would help me out some cause it may be the caliper is sticking and if so it will eat the pads fast on that side it could just be its going o have to set the pads in the caliper

There are pad alarm bumps on rotors, they make a definite noise when pads get thin...sounds like the guys that turned your rotor didn't trim the alarm bumps down... A possibility...

drive with the brakes on until they stink real bad
yes one foot one the gas one foot on the brake
go 35mph for about 5 minutes or until they smell hot
Cook em!
they will be nice and quiet when they cool down a bit.
I used to do it at the Ford dealership when every once in awhile
we couldn't get a customers brakes to shut up
it works great and doesn't hurt em much.

you should see some of the things mechanics do to machines *grin*

you could purchase a 50' length of lined, steel brake line from motor vehicle Zone and perhaps different motor vehicle grant shops. this could assist you to swap the line with a minimum volume of fittings. you ought to have this line replaced via an experienced technician - the fittings and any couplings must be double flared.
