Marvel would just out number everyone to win

Looking at the cast of characters from each company, Marvel and DC would overhwhelm the other groups in sheer numbers. Marvel and DC did do a crossover several years back, with Marvel winning 3-2 in the 5 contested fights. While there are a few strong characters from the other companies, Marvel and DC would unleash god level fighters to finish them off without breaking a sweat.
Marvel and DC could have a second go around, and without using any bias (Marvel vs. DC was based on fan voting and the last crossover was sheer pro-DC crap), the Marvel cast would overpower the DC team and take the championship home for good.

Seriously, considering that all the comics and whatnot have overpowered people, there is no real answer here. And if a crossover comic was created, the person would have to be biased towards some comic book type, so.....mortal kombat would definitely lose though.
