My choices are perhaps different from most.
"Thrill of it All," from Sabotage, is a hard rock symphony, and my favorite song of all time, by anyone. I appear to be alone in this opinion, but I hold it deeply.
"Spiral Architect," from Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, is just lovely.
"Air Dance," from Never Say Die, has a rich complexity.
"Symptom of the Universe," from Sabotage (my favorite album) is brilliantly trippy.
"Iron Man." Well, you know, duh.
