I have that type of eyes/skin also!
What works best for me is brownish that has got some pink in it, hope you understand what I mean, if it's brown, it has got to have some coolness in it, almost like metallic brown. Blue works only if it's darker than you eye colour, otherwise it blends in too much. I've tried pink, more goldeny pink, though rather than pink pink. ;-)
Grey is good, again, try darker shade.
Bright blue pencil looks great but not with blue mascara! And then stay away from pink, red lipstick! Makes you look like a Barbie.
Saying that, - a lot depends on your hair colour too!
Good luck with experimenting! :-)

I think you should stay away from the pinks and greens. I think some smokey grey eyes would look really good and also an icey blue liner would help bring out your eye colour. Stick to pink/salmon/clear lipgloss.

I think a nice navy blue eyeliner and navy blue mascara would bring out your eyes nicely. And one shade of eye shadow over the whole eye, maybe one with a blue tone to it but put it on thin!

A creamy gray (available at Kohl's and pretty much anywhere else) but it on the top and lightly line it over your bottom lashes and then lightly line your top and bottom with a brown (like eyeliner) it will make your eyes stand out, and maybe use a light gold for where the brown isnt

Brown is on the opposite side of the color wheel of blue.. so if you want your eyes to pop brown would be a good choice.

A bright white line just on the eyelid makes this kind of eye look absolutely amazing. Make sure you blend it a tiny bit though.
