It depends on how close you are. Any of them can be a deal-breaker, but I'd have to go with smell.

I'll answer this one from the other side, (A womans perspective).
Touch - the way you hold them,.... the right touch for the right moment seems like aphrodicia for women. Its also how you feel (to them) when they touch you.
For men: Heck If I know. I know seeing her makes me happy.

To me, it definately smell. A guy can be as hot as they want... but if they don't smell good? then thats a big NO! NO!
PS: after shave and colonge are such a turn on... (sigh) if more guys only knnew
